1. Services Provided
Colleges Today offers college consulting services, including but not limited to academic planning, essay review, school selection, scholarship guidance, and personalized application support.
We provide various service plans tailored to individual needs. Details of each plan, including deliverables and timelines, are shared prior to signing a service agreement.
2. Service Guarantee (Premium Plans Only)
While we do not guarantee admission to any specific college or university, clients enrolled in our Premium or higher-tier plans may qualify for a conditional outcome-based guarantee.
This guarantee applies only if:
The student follows all recommended guidance and timelines.
Applies to at least one approved “safety net” school.
Participates actively in all scheduled sessions.
Submits all materials by the agreed deadlines.
If the student is rejected by all schools, including the designated safety net school(s), and has complied fully with all requirements as documented in the signed agreement, a partial or full refund may be issued.
All guarantees are subject to the terms outlined in the individual service contract, which will be signed upon onboarding.
3. Contracts and Agreements
Clients must sign a formal Service Agreement before receiving any personalized support. The agreement will outline services, responsibilities, payment structure, cancellation terms, and eligibility for guarantees.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other digital payment methods as listed at checkout.
Flexible payment plans are available for select service tiers and must be agreed upon in advance.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are only available under specific conditions as outlined in the Service Agreement. No refunds will be given for services already rendered, missed sessions without notice, or lack of student engagement.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete personal and academic information.
Communicate respectfully and timely.
Not misuse or duplicate any materials shared with you.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to guides, templates, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Colleges Today. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
